Who are you?
We are an online store based in Sydney that sell brand new video games and DVDs at great prices. We believe that buying online should be about great prices, great service, and a bit of fun. If you want to read more about us, then please check out our About Us page.


How do I contact you?
You can always email us at sales@funplanet.com.au, use our contact us form, or phone us on 1300 857 224. We spend most of our day packing orders away from the phone, so you may want to email us rather than leaving a voicemail.


Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously - you can read all through our Privacy Guidelines at any time.


So what stuff do you sell?
We currently only sell DVDs and video games (such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc) that are brand new and distributed for sale in Australia. Please feel free to contact us if you can't find the title you are searching for on our site.


Can I order something not listed on the site?
Yes, we source our titles from multiple Australian distributors so there's a good chance we can find rare DVDs or games for you. Please email us at sales@funplanet.com.au if there is a particular title you are looking for.


How do I pay you?
We currently only accept payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), however we will be introducing more options in the near future.


What is included in your prices?
The prices you see on our site include 10% GST and FREE delivery by regular post within Australia. Express Post and International Shipping is also available for $2 and $7 per order respectively.


Can I return stuff?
